Basalt Hot Stone Massage

Basalt Hot Stone Massage is a natural therapy in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the client's body to maximize the therapeutic benefit on both physical and psychological levels. The heat from the stones help your muscles relax, allowing the massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively. Overly tense muscles can hinder the massage procedure, the heated stones may provide the extra relaxation you need for the massage to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles.

Raindrop Massage

Raindrop technique is a powerful technique using essential oils that was developed by D. Gary Young in the 1980's. It combines several modalities to bring balance and healing transformation. It supports body systems on a physical and emotional level, promoting overall balance to the entire body. This technique involves applying therapeutic grade essential oils to the spine, neck and feet. A 45 minute session can have lasting benefits that are relaxing and releasing. Additional massage time add-on is available.

Sports Massage

​Sports Massage is manual manipulation of the muscles for not only athletes, but includes those with physically demanding lifestyles and hobbies. Many different techniques are used to achieve a unique therapeutic massage session to enhance performance for each individual client.  Additional benefits l benefits  lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Sports Massage may be used with assisted stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced prior to an event. Following an event, Sports Massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to a healthier state.

Pre-Natal Massage

​​​​Prenatal Massage focuses on the mother-to-be as she goes through the changes during pregnancy. This is NOT a replacement for medical care, but rather as an adjunct to aid in the health and rapid recovery of the mother.  Prenatal massage can help reduce excess water retention and swelling during pregnancy. Massage therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone reducing mental and physical fatigue.

Post-Natal Massage is extremely beneficial in assisting in restoring the Mother's body back after giving birth.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

​​​I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment without charge. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of services. If you are unable to give me the minimum a 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged 1/2 of the session fee, if cancelled the morning of session you will be charged the full fee of your session. At my discretion this charge will be either automatically deducted from the balance of an existing “Spa Package” or Gift Certificate, otherwise it will be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers:
Please plan accordingly in order to be available 15 minutes early to your scheduled time.

I reserve the right to turn away any potential client or discontinue services to existing clients at my discretion, and without expressed reasoning required.
